Beef or Chicken Taco Twist Casserole
1lb. ground beef or 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 pkg taco seasoning
16oz tomato sauce
3 cups rotini, cooked and drained
1cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
Brown beef, drain, and return to skillet. (If using cooked chicken, place in skillet) Stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Bring to boil; remove from heat. Combine cooked pasta, 1/2 cup cheese, and sour cream in casserole dish. Add meat mixture, and combine. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. (Can freeze at this point-If cooking after freezing allow to thaw.) Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
