    Leftover Beef Pot Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. left over roast beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 cup beef broth
    1/2 cup cooked peas and carrots
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. red cooking wine
    seasoning to taste
    Pastry for double crusted pie

    Recipe



    Preheat your oven to 350°. Cook the beef and onion together in the butter. Sprinkle with the flour when the onion is done, and whisk until blended. Add the beef broth and stir until thickened. Add the remaining ingredients and blend. Put in a pie dish and cover with a pastry. Bake about 30 minutes.
