Fettuccine Alfredo with Saut� shrimp
List of Ingredients
1 lb. Fettuccine, cooked
2 tbsp. chopped Garlic
1 tbsp. chopped Parsley
4 oz. Ricotta Cheese
8 oz. Heavy Cream
2 oz. Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Egg Yolks
Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg to taste
Shrimp Saut�
1 lb. 13-15 count Shrimp
2 oz. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Oregano
Salt and Pepper
Recipe
Heat saut� pan. Add olive oil and garlic. Saut� until golden brown. Add parsley, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, cream and pasta. Toss well. Add egg yolks and cook to desired consistency. Remove from heat.
Heat oil in a pan. Saut� garlic. Add shrimp, oregano, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over Fettuccine Alfredo.
