    List of Ingredients




    Garlic-Basil Olive Oil
    Basil, 1/4 cup fresh, chopped
    Red Pepper, 1 teaspoon crushed flakes
    water, 1/2 cup
    Plum Tomatoes, 6 chopped (or 1 can diced tomatoes with juice)
    Parmesan cheese and Ground Pepper
    Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped
    Parsley, 1/4 cup fresh, chopped
    Pasta, 1 pound cooked

    Recipe



    Sauté garlic in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Add bouillon cube and mash into oil. Add basil, parsley and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. Add water and stir until bouillon dissolves, making a chicken broth. Add tomatoes and bring mixture to a boil. Add cooked pasta and mix well. Top with parmesan cheese and fresh ground pepper.

    Serves 6
