Baked Lemon Garlic Chicken
List of Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1 stick butter
Garlic Lemon Baste:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375º.
Pound chicken breasts. Dredge with flour. Melt the butter in a baking pan. Coat chicken on all sides, add to baking pan. Bake in oven brushing with pan drippings every so often, cooking for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile make the lemon baste with 1/4 cup lemon juice, minced onion, garlic and salt and pepper. Brush chicken with part of the baste, and bake, brushing with the remaining baste for 30 minutes longer or until chicken is done.
