    Salmon Open Face Tea Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients

    6 slices dark dry cocktail bread
    2 3 ounce pkgs. cream cheese with chives, softened
    2 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
    sweet butter


    Whip cream cheese; set aside.

    Spread each slice of bread with butter and then cut in half diagonally. Top each half with a thin strip of smoked salmon. Add a dollop of chive cream cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

    Makes 12 sandwiches.
