    Tuna Wraps

    List of Ingredients




    4 flour tortillas (12 inches)
    2 cans (6 ounces each) chunk white tuna, drained
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 small Roma tomato, finely chopped
    1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
    Pinch pepper
    3 cups shredded lettuce


    Recipe



    1. Let tortillas stand at room temperature for 15 minutes or until pliable.

    2. Meanwhile, combine tuna, mayonnaise, tomato, pickles and pepper. Spread over center of each tortilla; top with lettuce. Fold sides of tortilla over about 1 inch; roll up and cut in half. Yield: 4 wraps.
