    Frozen Mocha Toffee Dessert

    12 Ladyfingers, split
    1 qt Starbucks® Java Toffee Ice Cream; softened
    ½ cup Whipping cream
    2 tblsp Coffee liqueur
    Additional toffee bars or shaved chocolate (Optional)

    Recipe



    Line bottom and 2 inches up sides of 8-inch springform pan with split ladyfingers, cutting to fit. Cool coffee. Blend coffee, ice cream and crushed toffee bars. Spoon into prepared pan. Cover and freeze until firm. Just before serving, whip cream with coffee liquer until stiff. Spread over or pipe onto frozen ice cream. Garnish with additional toffee bar pieces or with shaved chocolate, if desired.

    Serves 10
