    Blushing Bride Muffins

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup mashed strawberries
    3/4 cup mashed banana
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon grated orange peel
    1 cup chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Sift together flour, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside. Stir together eggs, sugar, strawberries, banana, oil, and orange peel. Add flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in nuts.

    Pour into prepared muffin pans; bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.

    Yield: 12 muffins
