Strawberry Cake Roll

1 small package strawberry Jello
10 oz. Strawberries (frozen)
1 Angel Food box cake mix
Recipe
Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Thaw strawberries. Mix into Jello. Let congeal about 2-3 hours. Make jelly roll cake-use jelly roll pan. Put wax paper in pan. Use all batter, except for 2 cups. Bake about 20 minutes. Let
cool for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle towel with powdered sugar, and lay on top of cake. Turn out onto table. Pull off wax paper. Roll in dish towel. Let cool about 1 hour.
Unroll and put spread strawberry mixture over all, leaving 2" away from sides. Roll up cake again. Wrap in seran wrap overnight. Slice and serve with a dollop of whip cream, a whole strawberry and a sprig of mint.
