    Strawberry Spread

    List of Ingredients




    1 pint strawberries, or 10 oz. package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
    1/2 pound butter, softened
    1 cup confectioners sugar or 1/2 cup if using frozen strawberries.

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Chill. Great on homemade biscuits or scones.
