Mexican Chicken
List of Ingredients
4 Chicken breast halves, skinned, boned
1 cup salsa
1 8-ounce can tomatoes
1/4 onion, sliced, separated into rings
1 teaspoon onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat Toast Oven to 350º.
Grease casserole dish, set aside.
Cut chicken into cubes and mix with remaining ingredients.
Bake covered 1 hour or until done.
Serve over rice.
