Scalloped Potatoes
List of Ingredients
4 cups pared potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4cup onion, chopped
1 10-3/4 ounce can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Recipe
Preheat Toast Oven to 375º.
Coat 8x8" baking container with vegetable oil.
Put half the sliced potatoes in bottom of prepared container.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour half the mixture
over the potatoes. Repeat layers.
Cover and bake for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes or until done.
Serves 8.
