Red Berry Champagne

List of Ingredients

1 package 16 ounces frozen red raspberries thawed
1 cup strawberry flavor liquor chilled
2 bottles 750 milliliters each champagne or sparkling white wine chilled


Recipe

1. In blender at high speed blend raspberries and there liquid and strawberry liquor until well blended.

2. Over large pitcher press raspberry pure threw sieve to remove seeds; discard seeds. Gently stir chilled champagne in to raspberry pure.

Prep about 15 minutes
Makes about 6 cups or 12 servings.
