List of Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
Scant teaspoon salt


Recipe

Break eggs into bowl. Add milk, flour, and salt. Mix well. Grease an 8-cup muffin tin. Divide mixture into 8 parts, and fill. Turn oven heat to 425°. Put popovers into COLD OVEN. Bake 37 minutes. Do not peek!
