    *1 1/2 lb Loaf*

    1/2 cup Water
    1 Egg
    1 tbsp Vanilla
    1/3 cup Sour Cream
    1 Tablespoon Margarine or butter -- softened
    3 Cups Gold Medal Better for Bread flour
    3 Tb Sugar
    1 1/4 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast

    *2 lb Loaf*

    2/3 cup Water
    1 Egg
    1 tbsp Vanilla
    1/3 cup Sour Cream
    1 Tablespoon Margarine or butter -- softened
    4 Cups Gold Medal Better for Bread flour
    1/4 cup Sugar
    1 1/2 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast

    Recipe



    MEASURE carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

    SELECT Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Light crust color. Do not use Delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.

    NOTES: The same amount of yeast is needed for both the 1'/2-pound and 2-pound recipes. Also, this recipe is not satisfactory when baked in bread machines that have a pan capacity of 9 to 12 cups.
