    Crunchy Crust Blueberry Swirl Pie

    Crust
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    2 tablespoon sugar

    Filling
    1 pkg. Lemon Jello
    1/2 cup boiling water
    21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt the butter and stir in the next 4 ingredients. Mix well and form a ball and then press into a 9" pie plate. Bake about 12 minutes till golden brown. Dissolve Lemon Jello in the boiling water and then stir into the blueberry pie filling and chill. Next pour into baked pie crust and swirl in the sour cream with a knife. It makes a really pretty pie which you can be top with Cool Whip if desired.
