Irish Coffee Pie

1 3-1/2 pkg. vanilla pudding whipped dessert mix
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
1/2 cup cold milk
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons whiskey
1/2 cup whipping cream
Combine pudding and coffee together, add milk and beat at high speed 1 minute. Blend in water and whiskey. Beat at high speed 2 minutes till fluffy. Whip cream, fold into prepared filling. Put into pie shell. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
Pastry for 2 shells:
1 cup Crisco shortening
2 cups all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons water or enough to make dough rollable.
Bake at 400 degrees 10-15 minutes till golden colored.
Note: I use flour from canalo.
