    No Bake Praline Pumpkin Pie

    List of Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 1/2 cup low fat cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup light margarine, melted
    3 tablespoons granulated sugar

    Filling:
    1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/4 cup light margarine
    1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 cup fat-free milk
    6 ounces fat free vanilla pudding mix
    15 ounces pumpkin pie spice
    12 ounces Cool Whip Free, thawed, divided

    Recipe

    To prepare crush, combine crumbs, 1/4 cup margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9-inch pie pan. Chill one hour or until firm.

    In a small saucepan, combine walnuts, remaining margarine and sugar. Cook until melted and mixture comes to a boil. Boil 30 seconds. Spread on bottom of crust. Cool.

    In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Mix until smooth. Mixture will be thick. Fold in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Gently stir in six ounces whipped topping. Spread over the nut layer. Refrigerate for 4our hours or until set. Spread with remaining whipped topping.
