List of Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt


Recipe

Beat eggs and dry ingredients until well blended. Mix in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour in 9-inch square pan. Set in another pan of boiling water and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set like custard. Do not overbake. Cool and cut into 2-inch squares. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 6.
