    Rocky Road Fudge

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups chocolate chips (12 ounces)

    1 cup crunchy peanut butter

    2 cups mini-marshmallows

    Recipe

    Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Stir in peanut butter until blended. Remove from heat and fold in marshmallows. Spread in 9-by-13-inch ungreased pan. Cover and chill.

    Note: Can substitute 1 cup Rice Krispies for peanut butter. Or, use creamy peanut butter instead of crunchy.
