1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vodka
dried apricots
semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
Recipe
In a quart jar, pour the brandy, sugar and vodka. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pack in dried apricots, as many as will fit. Let soak for 4-6 weeks, turning once a week. Dry off on paper towels, then dip in melted chocolate. Chill on cookie sheet until chocolate hardens. Store in airtight container.
