Southern Cabbage Casserole

List of Ingredients

4 to 5 cups shredded cabbage
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
grated Cheddar cheese to taste
crushed corn flakes


Recipe

Spray casserole with vegetable spray and layer corn flakes, cabbage, water chestnuts and onion. Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise and pour over. Cover with Cheddar cheese and top with cornflakes.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
