Gingerbread Men

List of Ingredients

1/2 C. + 1 T. shortening
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 small box butterscotch instant pudding mix
1 1/2 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda


Recipe

Cream the shortening and sugar, add eggs and mix well. Add dry pudding mix and flour and spices. Mix well. Roll the dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut with a gingerbread man cookie cutter. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes at 350ºF.
