List of Ingredients

2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
3 tbls. white Karo corn syrup
1/2 pint whipping cream
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups pecans



Recipe

In a saucepan combine white and brown sugar. Mix in Karo syrup, whipping cream and salt.

Bring to a rolling boil, then reduce to medium heat and cook to soft ball stage.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and pecans. Turn out onto wax paper by teaspoonfuls.
