List of Ingredients
You will need 3 triangular terrine molds
Yield 24 portions
18 egg yolks
1 qt. powdered sugar
6 sheets gelatin
1 qt. Oreo crumbled cookie chunks
2 qts. heavy cream - medium peak
Recipe
Whip yolks and sugar over hot water to a ribbon. Whip cold.
Dissolve the gelatin sheets and melt with the lemon juice. Temper into yolk mixture. Fold in zest, oreo�s and cream. Do not over mix. Fill into 3 triangular molds and freeze.
