Oriental Shrimp & Vegetable Stir Fry

List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons light sesame or vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4 cups sliced vegetables (i.e. peppers, scallions, snow peas, carrots, broccoli)
1/2 cup Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
Recipe
In large skillet or wok, heat oil with garlic. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes. Add vegetables, hoisin sauce, lime juice and pepper. Cook on high heat for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to desired crispness. Garnish if desired with toasted sesame seeds.
Makes 6 servings.
