List of Ingredients
4 ounces Salmon
4 ounces Chicken Breast
3 ounces Filet Mignon
2 Tablespoon Garlic
1/8 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
1/8 cup Water
1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Onion (diced)
1 Tablespoon Pineapple (crushed)
1 Tablespoon Jack Daniels Whiskey
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Recipe
1. Heat Chicken Breast in oven.
2. Sauté or grill Salmon and or filet.
3. In a pan, place Olive Oil, Garlic and Onion and cook until onion is translucent.
4. Add Jack Daniels and boil enough to cook off alcohol. (approx. 2 mins)
5. Add remaining ingredients and boil until sauce reduces to half.
6. Serve thickened sauce over Salmon, Chicken Breast, and or Filet.
