    Sweet and Spicy Kebabs

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup apricot preserves
    1 cup Italian dressing
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    2 lbs. beef sirloin tip, trimmed and cut in 1 1/4-inch cubes
    1 onion, cut in wedges
    1 bell pepper (any color), cut into 1-inch squares
    6 long metal skewers

    Recipe

    In a medium bowl, combine preserves, Italian dressing, chopped garlic and red pepper flakes to make marinade. Place 3/4 cup of the marinade (reserve the remainder in the refrigerator) and beef cubes in a resealable bag; refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Remove beef from marinade; thread, alternately, with onion and pepper onto skewers.

    Transfer kebabs to prepared grill; brush with reserved marinade and cook over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning twice.
    Makes 6 servings.
