    Venison Marinade

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup dry red wine
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
    1/2 teaspoon cloves
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon rosemary

    Recipe

    Remove all fat and bluish tissue, and bones from venison. Combine all ingredients and shake. Marinate overnight, if possible.
