1c. butter
3 egg yolks
3c. all purpose flour
1tsp. baking power
1 pint sour cream
Recipe
Cream butter. Add egg yolks; blend well. Sift together flour and baking powder in separate bowl. Mix butter mixture and flour mixture together, add sour cream. Roll dough onto floured board to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 2 inch squares. Put a small amount of filling into the center and pinch together opposite corners. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
