1 broiler fryer - cut up
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG (Accent)
1-1/2 cups rice flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Thyme
2 beaten eggs mixed with a bit of milk
enough oil or bacon grease for frying
Recipe
Combine all seasonings & flours together in a bowl or a zip lock bag. Mix together well. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour mixture & then set aside for about 10-15 minutes. Take your flour mixture & run it through a sieve to remove any lumps. Then take the chicken pieces & dip them in the egg mixture & again in the flour mixture. Let sit for another 10-15 minutes. Fry on a low heat till golden brown & the juices run clear: turning often.
