    Four cups of zucchini, peeled and seeded, cut up in a sauce pan, add one small can of crushed pineapple. Cook until tender. Add two cups sugar and 1 3-oz package of Jello (any flavor). Boil 10 minutes. Pour in jars or glasses and refrigerate
