    List of Ingredients




    1 gallon grated or cubed zucchini (peeled and seeded)
    3 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups real lemon juice
    3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour into jars and seal. Boil in a hot water bath for 15 minutes.

    This can be used in any recipe calling for pineapple.
