    Raspberry Sherbet Vinaigrette

    6 oz. raspberry sherbet
    2 oz. oil
    2 oz. raspberry vinegar

    Melt sherbet over low heat. Let cool. Combine with oil and vinegar. Whisk lightly and season with salt and white pepper. Add sugar if desired. Serve over fresh fruit and vegetables.
