1 1/2 lb. new potatoes (5 or 6) cooked and cut into cubes
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
1 can (7 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
Recipe
Place potatoes, chicken, tomatoes and corn in bowl.
Mix mayo, sour cream and salsa together. Pour over potato mixture, and fold in gently. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 min.
