Serves 4 TO 6
1 lb. Spicy sausage, diced in small pieces
1 Bag herbal season stuffing
4 Apples, chopped
1 Cup sour cream
4 Stalks celery, chopped
2 Onions, diced
2 Cloves garlic, diced
1 Bunch parsley, finely chopped
2 Cups chicken broth
2 Raw eggs
1/2 Cup walnuts, finely chopped
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper

In a pan, over a medium heat, brown sausage and drain fat.
In another pan add chopped apples, celery and onions and sauté with butter until tender.
In a bowl pour chicken broth over stuffing until soft.
Using your hands combine stuffing and all ingredients: sausage, sautéed apples celery, onions, raw eggs, garlic, chopped parsley, nuts, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
Place stuffing in a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees in oven until brown for 20 minutes.
