Stir in:
1 cup finely ground nuts
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Roll into 6 10" x 12" pieces and spread each with filling. Roll lengthwise and place on greased pan. Bake at 375º for 20-30 minutes.
(Roll dough on board covered with powdered sugar instead of flour for a sweeter dough. Or, if flour is used, drizzle glaze over the top made from powdered sugar,
water, vanilla and almond extract)
