Here's a dressing I love. Learned if from a Japanese friend.
List of Ingredients
Miso (any kind) 3 T
Rice Wine Vinegar (or any you prefer) 4 T
Sesame Oil 1 T
Water 3 T
Sugar 3 T (or sweetener equivilant)
Soy Sauce 1 T (I never recommend lo sodium, as I've never found a decent tasting one. . . however, I do recommend shoyu. . .'real' soy sauce.
Oil (mild one of choice) 7 T.Recipe
Blend miso well with vinegar to remove all lumps. Mix remaining ingred. Chill.
