Corn Pudding

Delicious baked corn
List of Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 T butter
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cup milk (can be scalded)
- slice of onion
- 1 1/2 cup corn (if frozen, or use 1 can cream style corn)
Instructions
- Put eggs, butter, sugar, flour, onion, salt, and 1/3 cup milk in blender. Blend thoroughly.
- Add remaining milk carefully, blending in short spurts, and corn last of all, again carefully blending in short spurts (to keep from making a mess).
- Put in 2 quart baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, 10 minutes.
