    "Maran Illustrated Bartending", by Technical Consultant Gavin MacMillan

    1 ounce light rum
    1/2 ounce banana liqueur
    2 ounces half and half
    2 scoops vanilla ice cream
    1 cup ice -- crushed
    4 Oreo cookies
    1/2 banana

    Place the light rum, banana liqueur, cream, vanilla ice cream, crushed ice, 3 Oreo cookies and 1/2 banana in a blender. Blend all of the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Pour the remaining mixture into a hurricane glass and garnish with the remaining Oreo cookie.

    Makes 1 serving
