    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 1/2 ounces strawberry, raspberry, or cherry brandy
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 cup cracked ice
    club soda
    lemon slice -- for garnish

    Process brandy, lemon juice, and ice in blender until ice is crushed
    medium-fine. Pour into a chilled 12-ounce glass and fill with club soda. Garnish with lemon slice.
