    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    2 ounces gold rum
    4 ounces pineapple juice
    1 ounce coconut cream
    1 ripe banana
    1 maraschino cherry
    1 slice pineapple

    Blend rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and banana with 1/2 cup cracked ice at high speed for 15-25 seconds. Pour into a highball glass that has been chilled. Garnish with cherry and pineapple slice.
