    2 ounces light rum
    5 ounces pineapple juice
    2 ounces coconut cream
    1 cup crushed ice
    cherry -- pineaple, for
    -- garnish

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with fruits.
