    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    2 ounces light or golden rum (1/4 cup)
    2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice (1/4 cup)
    1/2 cup ripe pineapple or
    frozen chunks
    1 1/2 ounces Coco Lopez* (3 tablespoons)
    1 handful crushed ice
    1 fresh pinepple wedge or -- for garnish
    orange slice

    *cream of coconut

    Place the rum, pineapple juice, pineapple, Coco Lopez, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large wineglass and garnish with the pineapple spear.
