    COLADA: Strawberry Colada

    1 ounce light rum
    1 ounce dark rum
    1 ounce coconut cream
    1 cup ice
    4 ounces pineapple juice
    4 fresh strawberries
    pineapple wedge
    collins glass

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend your strawberry colada at high speed. Mix until smooth.

    Pour into a collins glass and serve with a straw. If you don't have a collins glass, any glass will do.

    Garnish your strawberry colada with a pineapple wedge or cherry. If you don't have a pineapple or cherry, use a fruit of your choice.
