1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce cream
1 ounce coffee liqueur
1 teaspoon sugar
4 ounces cold black coffee
1 small scoop coffee ice cream
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, cream, coffee liqueur, sugar, cold coffee, and coffee ice cream. Shake well. Strain into a tall glass.
Makes 1 serving
Judi's note: Let ice cream set out for about 3 minutes to soften. It makes a smoother drink.
This is wonderful for a Sunday brunch or anytime you want a little more than coffee and you want to indulge in something delicious! Just as good after dinner instead of a dessert.
