    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1 ounce gin
    1/4 ounce white creme de menthe
    1/2 ounce lemon juice
    1 dash Angostura bitters

    Shake ingredients with shaved or crushed ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
