    "Maran Illustrated Bartending", by Techical Consultant Gavin MacMillan

    1 1/2 ounces tequila
    2 ounces lime juice
    1/4 ounce simple syrup
    1 ounce club soda
    1 lime wedge

    Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add the tequila, lime juice and simple syrup to the glass.

    Top the drink with club soda, garnish with a lime wedge and stir the drink.

    Makes 1 serving
