    Banana Margarita #1

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1 ounce creme de bananes
    1 ounce gold tequila
    1/2 ounce triple sec
    3/4 ounce lemon juice
    1/4 banana -- mashed
    1 slice banana -- for garnish

    Use a cocktail glass for this drink. Dip the rim of the glass in some lemon juice.

    In a cocktail shaker, put some crushed ice into the container. Add all the ingredients and shake or blend. Save the slice of banana for garnish. Dip slice of banana in a little lemon juice and garnish the drink with the slice.

    *Judi's note: Caster sugar is a very fine sugar and is known in the United States as superfine sugar. You can also make this drink in a blender but the consistency will be a little different.
